Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv 10CRIC-a zbog njihovog neuspeha da obradi moj povraćaj od 500 ₹, uprkos višestrukim kontrolama tokom nekoliko nedelja.
Dana 12.03.2025. uplatio sam 500 INR na svoj 10CRIC račun, ali transakcija je bila neuspešna. Istog dana, primio sam e-poruku od 10CRIC-a koji potvrđuje da depozit nije uspeo i da ću dobiti povraćaj sredstava u roku od 10 radnih dana (do 24.3.2025.).
Međutim, do danas nisam dobio povrat novca. Više puta sam kontaktirao njihov tim za podršku i dao sam svoj originalni, neizmenjeni bankovni izvod koji pokriva period transakcije, direktno primljen od moje banke. Uprkos tome, oni stalno odbijaju moju izjavu bez davanja valjanog objašnjenja šta nedostaje ili nije tačno. Umesto da reše problem, oni nastavljaju da šalju opšte odgovore, odlažući povraćaj na neodređeno vreme.
Zamolio sam ih da jasno kažu da li nameravaju da mi vrate novac ili ne, ali odbijaju da daju direktan odgovor. Ovakvo ponašanje sugeriše namernu taktiku odlaganja i izaziva zabrinutost za njihovu pravednost prema kupcima.
Potkrepljujući dokazi:
Potvrde e-pošte od 10CRIC-a u vezi sa neuspelim obećanjem depozita i povraćaja novca.
Moj bankovni izvod koji dokazuje da povrat novca nije primljen.
Više razgovora putem e-pošte u kojima odbijaju da navedu jasan razlog za odbijanje mog dokumenta.
Tražena rezolucija:
Zahtevam da 10CRIC odmah obradi moj povraćaj od 500 INR u skladu sa prvobitnim obećanjem. Ako veruju da je moj bankovni izvod nedovoljan, moraju jasno da navedu koji su dodatni detalji potrebni umesto da šalju nejasne odgovore. Ako odbiju da vrate novac, tražim od Casino Gurua da preduzme akciju i upozori druge igrače na ove nepoštene prakse.
Neuspeh 10CRIC-a da ispoštuje refundiranje utiče na njihov kredibilitet, i nadam se da će ova žalba pomoći da se reši moj problem, a istovremeno upozorava druge na njihovu nepouzdanu uslugu.

I am filing this complaint against 10CRIC due to their failure to process my refund of ₹500, despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks.
On 12/03/2025, I made a deposit of ₹500 to my 10CRIC account, but the transaction was unsuccessful. The same day, I received an email from 10CRIC confirming that the deposit failed and that I would receive a refund within 10 business days (by 24/03/2025).
However, to this day, I have not received my refund. I have reached out to their support team multiple times and have provided my original, unedited bank statement covering the transaction period, directly received from my bank. Despite this, they keep rejecting my statement without providing any valid explanation as to what is missing or incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, they continue sending generic responses, delaying the refund indefinitely.
I have asked them to clearly state whether they intend to refund my money or not, but they refuse to give a direct answer. This kind of behavior suggests deliberate delay tactics and raises concerns about their fairness towards customers.
Supporting Evidence:
Email confirmations from 10CRIC regarding the failed deposit and refund promise.
My bank statement proving that no refund was received.
Multiple email conversations where they refuse to provide a clear reason for rejecting my document.
Requested Resolution:
I demand that 10CRIC immediately process my refund of ₹500 as per their original promise. If they believe my bank statement is insufficient, they must clearly state what additional details are required instead of sending vague responses. If they refuse to refund, I request Casino Guru to take action and warn other players about these unfair practices.
