The player from India had his account blocked without further explanation. The casino has not really cooperated with us in resolving this complaint, it appeared that the casino should refund the initial deposit to the player, but we did not receive any confirmation about this, so we closed this complaint as an Uncertain case.

I requested 10cric on 19 march 2023 to refund my Deposit of INR2000 back to original deposit source in email.
They wanted to verify my account and asked me to send my Address proof and selfie with pancard.
I sent them the required documents.
I had already submitted all my verification documents when I opened this account few years back.
I had been able to deposit and withdraw funds from my 10cric account all these years, If my account was not verified than I wouldn't have been able to withdraw.
They are deliberately creating these stupid problems they don't need to verify my account again I had already done that a long time I ago.
It's been 3 days now since I emailed them to refund my Deposit still haven't got my deposit back neither can I login in to my Account.
How are these scam casino allowed to run their scams like this without any fear of consequences it's beyond me.

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but apart from a generic response "Kindly note that we would be happy to assist the player with any complains that he may have if he contacts 10CRIC directly, and that we cannot share any personal information about players' accounts with any 3rd party. " I’m afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints might help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint, and you will be notified by email. In the meantime, I recommend you contact the Curaçao eGaming ("CEG") Authority ( Curaçao eGaming (curacao-egaming.com) ) and submit a complaint to them. The Curaçao eGaming Authority has more options and tools to help players.
