Napravili smo detaljnu istragu za igrača i njegove aktivnosti na 1bet i evo svih radnji kronološkim redom:
01/06/2022- Zatraženo povlačenje za 992 €
01/06/2022- Zatraženo za KYC
01/06/2022- Otkazano povlačenje za 992 €
01.07.2022- Igrač je poslao KYC dokumente, ponovo zatražio uredan račun za komunalne usluge i selfie
01/08/2022- Zatraženo povlačenje za 1 100 €, u ovom trenutku još čekamo njegova KYC dokumenta
01/10/2022- Igrač je poslao KYC dokumente
01.10.2022.- Verifikovan način plaćanja po izboru
01/10/2022- Otkazano povlačenje za 1 100 €
Uz sve gore navedeno, ne možemo vidjeti nikakav pouzdan razlog za refundiranje bilo kojeg iznosa igraču. Nadalje, kao što je navedeno u našim službenim T&C-ima, bilo kojem zahtjevu za povlačenje potrebno je do 24 sata da ga naš odjel za plaćanja obradi, stoga bismo lako mogli obraditi sva njegova povlačenja ako ih on ne otkaže.
Ne vidimo drugog izbora, osim da zatvorimo ovu žalbu jer je ovo naša konačna odluka o činjenici da igrač nema pravo na bilo kakav povraćaj, na osnovu njegovih igračkih aktivnosti na 1bet.
Nadamo se da će obje strane smatrati ovo informativnim i korisnim.

We've made a detailed investigation for the player and his activity at 1bet and here are all the actions in chronological order:
01/06/2022- Requested withdrawal for 992 €
01/06/2022- Asked for KYC
01/06/2022- Cancelled withdrawal for 992 €
01/07/2022- Player sent KYC documents, re-asked for proper utility bill and selfie
01/08/2022- Requested withdrawal for 1 100 €, at this time we are still waiting for his KYC documents
01/10/2022- Player sent KYC documents
01/10/2022- Verified payment method of choice
01/10/2022- Cancelled withdrawal for 1 100 €
With all the above mentioned, we can't see any reliable reason to refund any amount to the player. Furthermore as stated in our official T&C's any withdrawal request takes up to 24h to be processed by our Payments Department, hence we could easily handle all of his withdrawals If he doesn't cancel them.
We see no other choice, but to close this complaint as this is our final decision of the fact that the player is not eligible for any refund, based on his gaming activity at 1bet.
