U decembru 23. pokušao sam da se povučem, koristeći različite metode (Astropai, Tron i USDT (TRC)) i svi su bili zaglavljeni u statusu "na čekanju" ...
Čekao sam nekoliko dana da vidim da li je problem rešen, ali nije, pa sam kontaktirao tim za podršku. Rekli su mi da treba da pošaljem e-mail na security@1win.xyz
Poslao sam im e-poštu 20. januara i oni su me zamolili da im pošaljem svoje lične podatke (mislim da je to bilo u KIC svrhe) i izvršio sam sve korake istog dana. Oni su odgovorili govoreći:
„U roku od 14 dana biće vam poslato pismo na osnovu rezultata provere vašeg naloga za igru (maksimalno vreme, ako su potrebne dodatne provere, može da dostigne 30 dana od zahteva.)"
Od tada su mi blokirali nalog, ne mogu više ni da se prijavim, a ne odgovaraju mi na mejlove.
Kontaktirao sam podršku za ćaskanje sa veb lokacije i rekli su da treba da kontaktiram bezbednosni tim, ali oni više ne odgovaraju.

I waited some days to see if the problem was resolved, but it didn't, so I contacted support team. They told me that I should send an email to security@1win.xyz
I sent an email to them on 20th Jan, and they asked me to send them my personal information (I think it was for KYC purposes) and I completed all the steps the same day. They replied saying:
"Within 14 days, a letter will be sent to you based on the results of checking your game account (the maximum time, if additional checks are necessary, can reach 30 days from the request.)"
Since then, they blocked my account, and I can't even login anymore, and they're not replying to my emails.
I contacted the chat support from the website and they said I should contact security team, but they're not answering anymore.
