Oni ukazuju na to da su provajderi plaćanja ti koji odbijaju i da ne mogu ništa da urade, samo treba insistirati 😒. Do sada sam napravio 20 pokušaja i stanje se i dalje vraća, razgovarao sam sa korisničkom službom 4 puta i oni nastavljaju sa istim odgovorom koji je kopiranje i lepljenje teksta i još uvek nemaju rešenje.

Es primera vez que juego en ese casino y obtengo ganancias, consulté a servicio a cliente y me dicen que no piden documentos a menos que sospechen de la cuenta y que todo está en orden, no hay nada que impida el pago. Indican que son los proovedores de pagos los que rechazan y que ellos no pueden hacer nada, que solo hay que hacer la insitencia 😒 . Hasta el momento llevo 20 intentos y sigue devolviendose el saldo, he hablado 4 veces a atencion al cliente y siguen con la misma respuesta que es un texto copia y pega y siguen sin dar solucion
