Bio sam u kontaktu sa 1kbit live chatom u vezi sa svojom žalbom.
Obavestili su da kontaktiraju block@1x-bit.com putem e-pošte jer su oni jedino odeljenje koje se bavi ovim.
Šaljem im mejlove, ali oni ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove.
Kontaktirao sam live chat. Rekli su da odgovaraju.
Istražili su i otkrili da njihova e-pošta ima problema sa slanjem e-pošte na Hotmail naloge.
Zamolili su me da ih kontaktiram sa drugim nalogom, ali mora da bude gmail.
Uradio sam ovo, i ovo funkcioniše, dobijam njihove odgovore.
Ali oni mi kažu da će komunicirati samo sa mojim hotmail nalogom i da neće biti poslate nikakve informacije na moj gmail nalog, kada mi je čet uživo čak rekao da im pošaljem e-poštu sa drugog naloga e-pošte, ali to mora da bude gmail nalog i da objasni situaciju.
Ovo je stvarno haos, nikada ranije nisam bio u nečemu sličnom. Ne mogu ni da komuniciram sa njima. Jedini način na koji žele da razgovaraju, imaju problema sa slanjem e-pošte.

I've been in contact with 1xbit live chat about my complaint.
They informed to contact block@1x-bit.com through email because they are the only department handling this.
I email them, but they do not respond to my emails.
I contacted live chat. They said that they do respond.
They investigated and found out that their email has problems sending emails to hotmail accounts.
They asked me to contact them with another account but has to be gmail.
I did this, and this works, I receive their responses.
But they tell me that they will only communicate with my hotmail account and no information to my gmail account will be send, when the live chat even told me to send them a email from another email account but it has to be a gmail account and to explain the situation.
This is really a mess, i've never been in anything like this before. I can't even communicate with them. The only way they want to talk, they have problems sending me emails.
