uprkos našim pokušajima da kontaktiramo kazino, nismo dobili nikakvu reakciju od njih. Žao mi je, ali prema našoj politici, više nismo u mogućnosti nastaviti istragu vašeg slučaja bez njihove saradnje, stoga sam primoran da ga zatvorim kao „neriješen".

despite our attempts to contact the casino, we've received no reaction from them. I'm sorry but as per our policy, we are no longer able to continue the investigation of your case without their cooperation, therefore, I'm forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.
Anyway, it will decrease the casino's rating and other players can learn about your negative experience in our review.
