Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything regarding the reward you requested, and for the following reasons:
- The transactions to/from the casino are usually processed by 3rd party payment providers/processors, so it means that it is basically not in the casino's hands, and according to the provided information and details, the mistake occurred during this process
- Based on the previous experience, the casino had reasonable grounds to suspect the same issue repeated, and that your deposit was simply made to a different casino, indicating it could have happened this time again
- The casino made it clear that they will not offer you any reward, and we will not push the casino to offer you more than the disputed deposit, especially if the matter was successfully resolved; although it took longer, at least we were able to help you with the main issue, which was addressed, and you finally received your deposit
