Usuđujem se da se ne složim. Nisu vam dozvolili da se kladite, mogli ste da se registrujete/deponujete i kladite sa novim nalozima (video sam najmanje 5-6 povezanih naloga) jer ste zaobišli ograničenja kazina tako što ste promenili svoje osnovne podatke o registraciji za svaki od kazino naloga u poređenju sa vaš samoisključeni.
Međutim, to ne funkcioniše kako zamišljate. Da niste zaobišli sistemska podešavanja kazina i uradili to greškom, situacija bi bila malo drugačija, a moglo bi biti i ovako – ako izgubite depozit, kazino bi trebalo da vam ga vrati, ali ako ste pobedili, kazino ionako treba da vrati samo vaš depozit. Ako je igrač samoisključen, ne bi mu trebalo dozvoliti da se registruje u kazinu uopšte, a ako se to dogodi, njegovu finansijsku situaciju treba staviti na uvid državi pre nego što dođe do nove registracije/depozita, bez uticaja na stanje igrača . Vaša logika bi značila da bi igrač koji namerno prekrši Uslove i odredbe kazina mogao da primi nazad svoje depozite ili povuče depozite + dobitke, bez ikakvog rizika od gubitka novca u kazinu, što nema smisla, i znači samo prednost za igrače...
Ali vi ste namerno i svesno kreirali više naloga bez prethodnog odobrenja kazina. Pored toga, čini se da ste čak koristili ponudu bonusa dobrodošlice na više naloga, što je takođe strogo zabranjeno.
Iako smo posvećeni pružanju pomoći igračima koji su nehotice otvorili više naloga ili ako su različiti članovi porodice otvorili naloge iz jednog domaćinstva, kreiranje najmanje 5 naloga samo zato što su prethodni blokirani na određeno vreme je izvan našeg opsega podrške. Čini se da ste bili svesni kršenja pravila kazina kada ste otvarali te dodatne naloge, i ja toplo ne savetujem takve radnje u budućnosti.
Nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija iu skladu sa gore navedenim, nažalost, ovu žalbu zatvaramo kao neopravdanu. Pod takvim okolnostima, kazino je mogao odbiti da vam vrati depozit. Pošto je sporni iznos postavljen u visini oduzetog dobitka, a kako ste tvrdili, kazino vam je dozvolio da podignete svoj prvobitni depozit, osim nezakonito akumuliranog dobitka niste izgubili ništa, bez uticaja na vaša deponovana sredstva.
Žao mi je što nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo sa ovim, ali molim vas, ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

I dare to disagree. They did not let you bet, you were able to register/deposit and bet with new accounts (I saw at least 5-6 linked accounts) because you bypassed the casino's restrictions by altering your basic registration details per each of the casino accounts compared to your self-excluded one.
However, it does not work as you imagine. If you had not bypassed the casino's system settings and done it by mistake, the situation would have been a bit different, and it could be like that - if you lost your deposit, the casino should refund it, but if you won, the casino should refund only your deposit anyway. If a player is self-excluded, they should not be allowed to register at the casino at all, and if it happens, his financial situation should be put to the state before a new registration/deposit occurs, without an impact on a player's balance. Your logic would mean that a player who intentionally breaches the casino's Terms and Conditions would be able to receive his deposits back or withdraw deposits + winnings, without any risk of losing money at the casino, which makes no sense, and would mean an advantage only for players...
But you intentionally and knowingly created multiple accounts without obtaining prior approval from the casino. In addition, it seems you even used a welcome bonus offer on more than one account, which is also strictly prohibited.
While we are committed to assisting players who inadvertently created multiple accounts or if various family members opened accounts from a single household, creating at least 5 accounts simply because the previous ones were blocked for a specific duration is beyond our scope of support. It appears that you were aware of violating the casino's rules when establishing those additional accounts, and I strongly advise against such actions in the future.
After gathering all the necessary information and in accordance with the above-stated, unfortunately, we are closing this complaint as unjustified. Under such circumstances, the casino could have refused to refund your deposit. Since the disputed amount was set up in the amount of the confiscated winnings, and as you claimed, the casino let you withdraw your original deposit, you did not lose anything besides the illegitimately accumulated winnings, without an impact on your deposited funds.
