Nažalost, kao što je ranije rečeno, ne možemo ništa učiniti sa takvim dokazima jer oni u suštini ništa ne dokazuju.
Takođe, komunikacija preko Facebook-a uopšte nije relevantna jer mora da prođe kroz zvanični kazino kanal - live chat ili podršku putem e-pošte.
Pošto nisu dostavljeni relevantni dokazi, bićemo primorani da zatvorimo žalbu.
Ako budete imali dodatne dokaze, prosledite ih nikolas.b@casino.guru i možemo ponovo otvoriti žalbu u slučaju da su relevantne.

Unfortunately, as stated previously, we can't do anything with such evidence as they prove basically nothing.
Also, the communication though Facebook is not relevant at all as it has to go through and official casino channel - live chat or e-mail support.
As no relevant evidence has been provided, we will be forced to close the complaint.
