Pišem da izrazim svoju duboku frustraciju i razočarenje u vezi sa nerešenim pitanjem u vezi sa mojim zahtevom za povlačenje novca u kazinu.

Ljubazno tražim istragu o statusu mog povlačenja i hitno rešenje
