Nakon što smo prikupili sve potrebne informacije i detalje, ovu žalbu zatvaramo kao neopravdanu - jednostavno ste izgubili sva svoja sporna sredstva igranjem, pa čak i deponovali i izgubili još 500€ nakon što ste ih izgubili. S obzirom na vaše zapise igara, ne bi imalo smisla da je neko drugi to uradio na vašem nalogu ili bez vašeg znanja. Iako je to prilično visok sporni iznos, i razumem vašu frustraciju, ne možemo ništa da učinimo da pomognemo.
Ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate u budućnosti, ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

After gathering all the necessary information and details, we are closing this complaint as unjustified - you simply lost all your disputed funds by playing and even deposited and lost another 500€ after losing them. Considering your game logs, it would not make sense if someone else did that on your account or without your knowledge. Although it is quite a high disputed amount, and I understand your frustration, there is nothing we can do to help.
