Zdravo, 26. aprila sam podneo zahtev za isplatu u kazinu. Prošlo je već 12 dana, a zahtev još uvek nije obrađen. Oko 5 dana nakon zahteva za isplatu, zatraženo mi je da pošaljem dokumenta. Poslao sam potrebna dokumenta (na veb-sajtu su bile informacije o tome koja dokumenta treba poslati). Nakon još 5 dana, zatraženo mi je da pošaljem još dokumenata (npr. selfi sa ličnom kartom i veb-sajtom kazina u pozadini ili listom transakcija iz mog elektronskog novčanika), iako nije bilo informacija da je potrebno poslati i druge dokumente. Takođe sam zamoljen da pošaljem i druge snimke ekrana iz mog elektronskog novčanika, iako sam ih već ranije poslao. Prema propisima kazina, isplate se obrađuju u roku od 3 radna dana, a verifikacija dokumenata traje oko 24 sata. U mom slučaju, ovi rokovi se uopšte ne poštuju.
U kazinu možete naručiti i jednokratno isplaćivanje od 500 evra (maksimalno 3 transakcije od 500 evra). Naručio sam jedno isplaćivanje od 500 evra (na računu je ostalo 850 evra) i ne mogu naručiti više, jer se moj račun verifikuje. Ova situacija će takođe produžiti isplaćivanje celog iznosa.
