Mislim da neće odgovoriti, takođe ne odgovaraju na moje mejlove (takođe ne kada je nalog još uvek bio otvoren). Ali nadajmo se najboljem, i da će oni odgovoriti, samo budi fer i plati mi shodno tome.
Blokiran sam iz ćaskanja uživo, kada pitam nešto o povlačenju i mojim sredstvima.
Rekli su mi najmanje 2 nedelje, svaki dan, da ću dobiti sva sredstva i da ih mogu očekivati.
Javili su se i sa resornim odeljenjem, ali ja bih zaista sve dobio. Ali morao sam da sačekam da se završi tehnički posao.
Avo kazino, kada mogu da očekujem 11.500,00 evra?
Toliko su odugovlačili sa podizanjem, ali kada nisam dirao sredstva... Samo su mi zatvorili račun uz još jedan izgovor, „prevara". Ali taj izgovor za prevaru se pojavio nakon što sam zatražio ažuriranje u vezi sa tehničkim problemom za koji su obećali da će biti popravljen te nedelje.
Nadali su se da ću izgubiti stanje na računu, u tom vremenu kašnjenja, kada to nije bio slučaj, pojavio se sledeći izgovor, a to je u ovom slučaju „prevara".
Tehnički poslovi/problemi, to je bio prvi izgovor. Ali svaki dan su govorili da ću dobiti sva sredstva i da ih mogu očekivati pošto će tehnički posao/problem biti otklonjen/urađen.
Tehnički radovi bi bili obavljeni u nedelji od 7. do 11. avgusta 2023. da bih mogao da podignem sredstva.
Mnogo su obećavali, sve ću dobiti. Takođe 2 obrađena, ali nedostajuća povlačenja.
Do 9. avgusta, kada sam ih ponovo pitao o povlačenju. Kasnije tog dana zatvorili su račun i svuda me blokirali.
Već imam dva izgovora, 1) tehnički posao/problem da mogu da se povučem (može biti tačno, ali vrlo slučajno jer se to dogodilo iznenada nakon velike pobede na Kapijama Olimpa). Ranije je bilo 0 problema.
Takođe sam pitao da li postoji problem sa MasterCard povlačenjem da li mogu da povučem i svoja sredstva u BTC? Jednom su rekli da mogu i da će se javiti nadležnim odeljenjima. Ali nikad više nisam čuo ništa o tome. Takođe, odjednom sam morao da čekam 7 radnih dana na odgovor od nadležnog odeljenja, da vidim da li mogu da podignem sredstva u BTC. Bukvalno pokušavaju sve da odlože, ili ne moraju da mi plate.
Ali nakon svega, kada nisam izgubio ravnotežu gde su se nadali da ću izgubiti, odjednom su me optužili za prevaru. Nema više informacija, nalog je zatvoren, blokiran u ćaskanju uživo.
Naravno da nije tačno, nema prevare, svako sada vidi svoju pravu nameru.
Samo ne žele da mi isplate dobitak.
Ne mogu da opišem ovo drugačije nego nasilno ponašanje.
Oni još mogu ovo da isprave, i da mi plate. Kako treba i kako su obećali.
Takođe kažu da moram da pošaljem e-poštu, da uložim žalbu na njihovu odluku (koju tačno odluku? Ne želite da isplatite poštene dobitke?), ali nikada ranije nisu odgovorili na imejl.
Naravno, oni takođe ne odgovaraju na mejlove kada ih sada pošaljem. Ali možda hoće, mejl je poslat, višestruko.
Ali sačekajmo, oni su licencirani. Možda će oni sve ovo srediti, pa će se sve popraviti. I na kraju krajeva, da će mi plaćati kako su obećali najmanje dve nedelje svakog dana.
Bio bih zahvalan, možda su zaboravili da su licencirani?

Oh, i ne zaboravi bezbednosne provere. To je takođe bila stvar, odjednom.
1) tehnički problem povlačenja (odmah nakon velike pobede),
2) sačekati 7 radnih dana na odgovor od relevantnog odeljenja da vidim da li mogu da koristim neki drugi metod povlačenja,
3) sve uplate proverava služba obezbeđenja (da proveri gde su 2 nedostajuća isplate od 500 evra?)
4) tehnički radovi će se obaviti posle vikenda,
5) pitao posle vikenda da li je problem rešen, kasnije tog dana nalog je zatvoren i blokiran iz ćaskanja uživo.
6) izgovor za prevaru.
Šta će biti sledeći izgovor da ne morate da mi platite? Ili će sada biti fer i platiti stanje računa, uključujući isplate koje nedostaju.
Moram da dobijem 11.500,00 EUR, ovo uključuje 2 obrađena, ali nedostajuća isplate od po 500 evra.
I don't think they will reply, they do also not reply on my emails (also not when the account was still openend). But let's hope on the best, and that they will reply, just be fair and pay me accordingly.
I do get blocked from the live chat, when I do ask something about the withdrawals and my funds.
They have told me for at least 2 weeks, everyday, that I would receive all funds, and that I can expect them.
They also followed up with the relevant department, but I would really receive everything. But I needed to wait for the technical work to be done.

They delayed the withdrawal so much, but when I did not touched the funds... They did just closed my account with another excuse, ''fraud''. But that fraud excuse came up, after I have asked for an update regarding the technical problem which they promised to be fixed that week.
They hoped that I would lose the account balance, in that delay time, when that was not the case the next excuse came up, and that was in this case ''fraud''.
Technical work/problems, that was the first excuse. But they kept saying every day that I would receive all funds, and that I can expect them as the technical work/ problem would be fixed/ done.
Technical work would be done in the week 7th to 11th August 2023, so I could withdraw the funds.
They promised a lot, I would receive everything. Also the 2 processed, but missing withdrawals.
Until 9 August, when I asked them again about the withdrawals. They closed the account later that day, and blocked me everywhere.
I do have already two excuses, 1) technical work/problem to be able to withdraw ( can be true, but very coincidental because that happend suddenly after making a big win on Gates of Olympus ). Before there were 0 problems.
I had also asked, if there is a problem with MasterCard withdrawals if I also can withdraw my funds to BTC? They said one time I could, and that they will follow up with the relevant department. But never heard anything about that anymore. Also, suddenly I needed to wait 7 working days on an answer from the relevant department, to see if I'm able to withdraw the funds to BTC. They literally try everything to delay, or not having to pay me.
But after all, when I did not lose the balance where they hoped for that I would lose, they suddenly they accused me of fraud. No further information, account closed, blocked on live chat.
Of course not true, there is no fraud, everyone does see their real intention now.
They just don't want to pay me the winnings.
I cannot describe this otherwise then rogue behavior.
They can still correct this, and pay me. As it should, and as they promised.
They do also say that I do need to sent a email, to appeal their decision ( which decision exactly? Not wanting to pay the fair winnings? ) but they have never replied on a email in the past.
Of course, they do also not reply on emails when I do sent them now. But maybe they will, email has been sent, multiple.
But let's wait, they are licensed. Maybe they will sort this all out, and everything will be fixed. And after all, that they will pay me as they promised for at least two weeks everyday.
I would appreciate that, maybe they have forgotten that they are licensed?

3) all payments are being checked by security service ( to check where the 2 missing withdrawals of 500 euros are? )
4) technical work will be done after the weekend,
5) asked after the weekend if the problem was resolved, later that day account closed, and blocked from live chat.

What will be the next excuse for not having to pay me? Or are they are now gonna be fair and pay the account balance, including the missing withdrawals.
I need to receive 11,500.00 EUR, this is including the 2 processed but missing withdrawals of 500 euros each.
