Isplata se ne može izvršiti ili može biti značajno odložena ako se takav dokument za verifikaciju ne može obezbediti."
Dao sam dokument na zahtev, ali ga je B-Bets kazino i dalje odbio.
Lično sam otišao u filijalu banke u kojoj imam svoj tekući račun (Filijala banke Banco do Brasil SA u gradu Paraiso do Sul, država Rio Grande do Sul, BRAZIL) i lično zamolio menadžera kompanije da mi dostavi dokument. Rukovodilac ne samo da je dostavio dokument, već je i svojeručno popunio datum mog boravka u filijali i, iz ljubaznosti i garancije, overio ga službenim pečatom ustanove i svojeručno potpisao dokument.
Na moje potpuno iznenađenje, B-Bets je i dalje odbio dokument, tvrdeći da je to snimak ekrana (a zapravo ono što sam poslao bila je fotografija dokumenta generisana u fizičkom sedištu filijale banke u kojoj imam račun i potpisana i overena pečatom menadžer).
PREMA REČIMA MOJEG BANKE MENADžERA POTPUNO JE NEMOGUĆE GENERISATI DOKUMENT SA NIVOOM DETALjNOSTI VEĆIM OD ONOG KOJI MI JE OBEZBEĐEN.
Neprihvatanje ovakvog dokumenta kao dokaza o bankovnom računu je samo i isključivo loša namera od strane B-Bets kazina. Prljava taktika da se izbegne plaćanje kupcu koji je igrao na sajtu ispravno i pošteno.
Uz ovu pritužbu prilažem dokument koji sam pomenuo u ovoj žalbi. Tako da svi vide njenu legitimnost.
