Ja sam igrač iz Poljske i imam problema sa povlačenjem mojih dobitaka iz [Casino Name].
Registrovao sam se na platformi 19. marta i napravio dva depozita od po 200 PLN. Igrao sam sa pravim novcem u slotu Gates of Olimpus 1000, osvojio 1300 PLN i zatražio povlačenje istog dana.
Prema Uslovima i odredbama kazina, isplate treba da se obrađuju u roku od 3 radna dana. Međutim, moje povlačenje još nije obrađeno. Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku za ćaskanje uživo da bih se raspitao o statusu mog zahteva i čak ponudio da završim KIC proces da ubrzam stvari. Svaki put mi kažu da je moj zahtev prosleđen finansijskom timu, ali ništa se ne dešava.
Ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u dobijanju mojih zasluženih dobitaka. Kazino se ne pridržava svojih uslova i odlaže isplatu bez ikakvog objašnjenja.

That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.
If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
