Ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu jer je „u pregledu"
To je nedavno otvoren račun i uspešno sam završio 2 druga povlačenja i imam jedno preostalo povlačenje na čekanju za koje oni i dalje navode da je na čekanju, trebalo bi da bude finalizovano uskoro i takođe je dobilo prioritet od finansijskog odeljenja!!
. Nakon što sam video prijem e-poruka da je moje povlačenje otkazano, ali to nisam uradio - uz sve pokušaje da se prijavim, nisam uspeo jer sada nemam pristup nalogu, navodi se da je u toku.
pokušava da sazna šta se dešava – interakcija putem ćaskanja na veb-sajtu " oni su u toku održavanja i bićem obavešten kada se završi prijavljivanje, ali nijedan agent ne zna zašto, i nastavlja da mi govori da rešim problem koji nažalost nije tako brzo rešenje jer nije tehnička greška.
Te informacije nisu tačne i veb lokacija se ne podvrgava bilo kakvom obliku Održavanje koje me je obavestio drugi agent!
Rečeno mi je u ovoj fazi da je moje povlačenje još uvek na čekanju i trebalo bi da se završi danas (razmotreno tačno vreme)
Poslao sam mnogo e-poruka bez odgovora i razgovarao sam sa četovima svaki dan da pitam o svojim sredstvima i bio sam ubeđen da će to biti urađeno i da ću ga uskoro dobiti čak i kada sve iznova objasnim.. jednostavno mi je rečeno da ću ga dobiti, ali nikada nisam!
I cannot access my account as its "under review "
Its a recently opened account , and ive been successful completing 2 other withdrawals and i have one pending withdrawal remaining that they continue to state is pending , it should be finalised shortly and it also got prioritised with the financial department also!!
. After seeing the receiving the emails that my withdrawal has cancelled, yet i did not do this - with all attempts to log in , failed to do so as i have no access to account now , it states its under review.
attemps to find out whats going on - the interaction via the website chat " they are undergoing maintenance and i will be notified of when its finish to log in but no agent knows why, and continues to tell me to troubleshoot to which unfortunately is not that quick solution as its not a technical error.
That information not accurate and the website is not undergoing any form Maintenance another agent has informed me!
I have been told at this stage my withdrawal is still Pending and it should finalised today (correct timeframe considered)
i have sent many emails with no response and ive spoken to chat every day to ask about my funds and ive been reassured it will be done and i will receive it shortly even when i explain everything all over again.. ive simply been told i will get it but i never have!
