Batery Casino - Depozit igrača nije pripisan.

I diposit 15000 INR today on batery casino with 150% first diposit welcone bonus.Amount didcted from my saving account but didn't credited in batery casino account after waiting for more than 7 hours.And customer support is very poor.Nobody replying about this matter.please help.

They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

But it was not failed transaction.The transaction was successfull.Even no transaction history is showing in casino account.

Have you made any successful deposits to the casino before, or is this the first time you deposited in this casino?

Have you contacted your payment provider as suggested?

Do I understand correctly that you see no pending deposit transaction in your deposit history in the casino profile?

This is my first diposit to casino.They(casino support) replied that they have wrote letter to third party payment provider.

Today diposit is credited to my baterybet casino account.Thanks for support.
