Proverio sam dokumente koje ste ranije dali i postoji nekoliko neslaganja između bankovnog izvoda i snimaka ekrana transakcija.
Dok vaš bankovni izvod (ICICI Bank) prikazuje transakcije od 15. oktobra 2023. do 16. novembra 2023., vidim samo jednu transakciju u iznosu od 1050 INR (UPI), obavljenu 16. oktobra 2023. Međutim, postoji i snimak ekrana sa potvrdom transakcije - napravljen 15. oktobra 2023. godine, iako isti iznos, izgleda da je primalac fizičko lice - fizički osoba, a ne kompanija/kazino. Zatim, tu je još jedan snimak ekrana sa detaljima plaćanja u iznosu od 500 INR, uspešno obavljen za kompaniju, međutim, napravljen 16. novembra 2023, što nema smisla.
Možete li, molim vas, da razjasnite sporni iznos, kada je dotični depozit trebalo da bude uplaćen (tačno), i da nam dostavite snimak ekrana ovog depozita (transakcije izvršene u kazinu), kako je kazino zahtevao?

I checked the documents you provided earlier, and there are several discrepancies between the bank statement and screenshots of the transactions.
While your bank statement (ICICI Bank) shows transactions between October 15, 2023, to November 16, 2023, I can see only one transaction in the amount of 1050 INR (UPI), made on October 16, 2023. However, there is also a screenshot with a transaction confirmation - made on October 15, 2023, although the same amount, it looks like the receiver is an individual - a physical person, not a company/casino. Then, there is another screenshot with the payment details in the amount of 500 INR, successfully completed to a company, however, made on November 16, 2023, which makes no sense.
Can you please clarify the disputed amount, when the deposit in question should have been made (exactly), and provide us with a screenshot of this deposit (transaction made to the casino), as the casino requested?
