Pokrenuo sam proces depozita bankovnim transferom oko 8:00 ujutro, i iako se stanje na mom računu smanjilo, to se nije odrazilo.
Odmah sam kontaktirao podršku i poslao snimke izvoda bankovnog transfera itd. Međutim, rekli su mi da čekam 24 do 48 sati, pa sam odlučio da sačekam.
Nakon što je prošlo 48 sati, a to se još uvek nije odrazilo, ponovo sam ih kontaktirao, ponovo poslao relevantne informacije i snimke ekrana koje sam dao prethodnog dana, i rečeno mi je da sačekam još malo pošto su obavestili nadležno odeljenje. Do sada se to još uvek nije odrazilo.
Može li mi neko pomoći oko ovoga?

そして48時間経っても反映されてないのでもう一度問い合わせたんですが、前日に問い合わせて伝えた内容、明細等をもう一度送らされ担当部署に伝えましたのでもうしばらくお待ちくださいと言われ未だに反映されていません
どうか助けてくれませんか
