Unfortunately, we have received evidence from the casino indicating that multiple accounts were connected to your account. It appears that you and several other users were using the same device to log in and play at the casino, as well as the same withdrawal address. This constitutes a breach of the casino's Terms and Conditions, which allow only one account per user.
Moreover, since multiple accounts were accessed from the same device, it’s impossible for us to prove to the casino that it was not you operating those accounts.
