Ja sam nemački igrač registrovan i verifikovan na bdmbet-u.
Imam problema sa kockanjem i 100% sam na crnoj listi ovog provajdera.
Moj prvi imejl nije prihvaćen jer je IT bio na njihovoj crnoj listi, pa sam koristio drugu adresu e-pošte (ovu koju možete da vidite).
Sada sam zatražio zatvaranje mog naloga zbog problema sa kockanjem i refundiranje mog novca.
U isto vreme prijava nije bila moguća jer sam dobio informaciju „Nemačkim igračima nije dozvoljen pristup veb lokaciji" (poslednja lokacija saobraćaja e-pošte)
Nakon što sam ovo video, zamolio sam kazino da mi odgovori, ali oni to nisu uradili.
Možete li mi, molim vas, pomoći da dobijem njihov zvaničan odgovor i povraćaj novca?
Ne mogu vam reći tačan uplaćeni novac, jer ne mogu da se prijavim.

Hello,
I'm a German Player registrated and verfied at bdmbet.
I have gambling issues and i am 100% Blacklisted at this Provider.
My first Email wasn't accepted cause IT was on their Blacklist, so i've used another Email Adress(this one you can See).
Now I have asked for closing my Account cause of gambling issues and to refund my Money.
On the Same time the Login wasn't possible cause i get the information "German Players are Not allowed at Out Website"(Last Site of the Email Traffic)
After i've Seen this i asked the Casino to answer me, but they didn't doing this.
Can you please Help me for an official answer of them and a refund?
I can't Tell you the exact deposited Money, cause I can't Login.
