Prvi nalog je kreiran 26.08.2024
Na ovaj račun sam napravio samo depozit od 200€ gde nisam ništa osvojio i onda više nisam igrao. Nije čak ni verifikovano i nisam aktivirao nijedan bonus na depozit ili bilo šta drugo.
Moj drugi nalog je napravljen 06.09.2024. Na ovaj račun sam napravio dva depozita, jedan od 100 € i jedan od 200 €. Kao i na prvom nalogu, nisam aktivirao nikakav bonus na depozit ili bilo šta drugo. Ovaj nalog je verifikovan i na ovom računu sam dobio dobitak od 15000€
Kontaktirao sam kazino u vezi sa zatvaranjem prvog naloga nakon što sam dobio dobitak jer su e-poruke od njih automatski primljene u folder neželjene pošte. A za prvi nalog sam saznao tako što sam proverio spam folder jer nisam dobio nikakav odgovor od njih u vezi povlačenja koje sam pokrenuo. Tek tada sam u neželjenoj pošti primetio dva mejla od njih, jedan o prvom uplati na nalog, au drugom da sam od njih dobio vaučer koji je morao da se aktivira ali na drugu mejl adresu. Tek tada sam shvatio da imam još jedan otvoren račun kod njih. Nakon što sam saznao i pročitao uslove i odredbe, obavestio sam ih putem e-pošte i ćaskanja uživo da želim da se taj nalog zatvori. U mejlu sam naveo da sam zaboravio na prvi nalog i da želim da se zatvori jer je verifikovani nalog glavni i koji želim da zadržim.

My second account was created on 06.09.2024. On this account I made two deposits, one of €100 and one of €200. Just like the first account, I didn't activate any deposit bonus or anything. This account is verified and on this account I had the win of 15000€
I contacted the casino about closing the first account after I had the winnings because the emails from them were automatically received in the spam folder. And I found out about the first account by checking the spam folder because I had not received any response from them regarding withdrawals initiated by me. Only then did I notice in spam two emails from them, one being about the first deposit in the account and in the second that I had received a voucher from them that had to be activated but on the other email address. Only then did I realize that I had another account open with them. After I found out and read the terms and conditions, I informed them via email and live chat that I want that account to be closed. In the email I specified that I had forgotten about the first account and that I want it closed because the verified account is the main one and the one I want to keep.
