Čekanje više od 7 dana na povlačenje, korisnička podrška ne pomaže, samo mi kažu da čekam, svi njihovi prethodni rokovi za isplatu su istekli, uključujući rok od 24 sata za koji tvrde da je prosek potreban za obradu povlačenja, dali su još jedan rok od maksimalno 3 dana, a nakon 5 dana ponovo su mi dali rok od 24 sata da obradim svoje povlačenje, što se opet nije dogodilo. Imam dokaz o poslednjem razgovoru sa korisničkom podrškom gde su mi rekli da sam uradio sve, i ne moram da dajem više informacija ili KIC . Preko kazino gurua su mi dali imejl na koji oni nikada ne odgovore. Ne samo da ne obrađuju isplate, već ne koriste ni svoju e-poštu, jer sam bezuspešno čekao na odgovor 5-6 dana. Svi njihovi odgovori svuda, Guru za kazino, korisnička podrška itd. su isti automatski odgovori. Samo želim da se moje povlačenje obradi
Waiting for over 7 days for a withdrawal, Customer support doesn't help, they only tell me to wait, all their previous deadlines for the payment have expired, including a 24H Deadline that they claim is the average it takes to process a withdrawal, they provided another deadline of a max of 3 days, and after 5 days provided me again with a 24H deadline to process my withdrawal, which again didn't happen. I have proof of the Last conversation with customer support where they told me I have done everything, and I don't need to provide any more information or KYC. They provided me through casino guru with an email that never gets answered by them. Not only do they not process withdrawals they also don't use their email, as I have been waiting for a reply for 5-6 days to no avail. All their answers everywhere, On casino Guru, customer Support etc are all the same automated replies. I just want my withdrawal processed.
