Igrač iz Finske je zatražio povlačenje manje od dve nedelje pre podnošenja ove žalbe. Njihov novac još nije primljen. Žalba je odbijena jer igrač nije odgovarao na naše poruke i pitanja.
Video sam oglas na mreži o veb lokaciji. Na prvi pogled pročitao sam nekoliko recenzija / komentara o veb lokaciji i bilo mi je prilično poverljivo. Takođe činjenica da radi pod MGA učinila me je uverenim da je veb lokacija legitimna.
Napravio sam depozit prošle nedelje i na kraju sam na kraju osvojio ukupno 120 000€ (prvo je dobitak bio 50k—>90k—>120k) Osvojio nekoliko velikih dobitaka skoro u uzastopnim danima (napravio samo jedan depozit i nastavio da igram sa pobedničkim novcem ) Pokušao sam da podignem 1000e što je dnevni limit. Takođe sam dao sve dokumente koje su tražili i onda je povlačenje odbijeno. Tražili su još dokumenata (pasoš+selfi) Posle toga nisam čuo za njih. Kontaktirao sam ih nekoliko puta putem ćaskanja uživo i e-pošte i dobijam zaista čudne odgovore ili onda ne dobijem legitiman odgovor. Naročito sa e-poštom, odgovaranje oduzima mnogo vremena i korisnička služba je nepristojna/neprofesionalna. Ne dobijam legitimne ili jasne odgovore na svoja pitanja, niti dobijam stvarnu pomoć i podršku od njih. Takođe sam izneo činjenicu putem ćaskanja uživo i e-pošte da se osećam veoma uznemireno i sumnjivo zbog načina na koji oni rešavaju stvari: nisam dobio nikakav odgovor na to. Oni su bukvalno samo zatajili moj komentar. Sve u svemu, način na koji oni postupaju je veoma grub i proračunat. Oni će učiniti sve što im ne treba da plate novac kupcu.
Meni se sve to činilo veoma sumnjivim i na kraju sam još više pretraživao ove stvari. Na kraju sam pronašao nekoliko recenzija u kojima se prethodni kupci žale da nikada nisu dobili novac i da su imali slične probleme kao ja sada. Već sam poslao formalnu žalbu MGA i čekam odgovor. Osećam se prevarenim i takođe veoma zabrinut zbog činjenice da imaju zaista privatne informacije o meni (pasoš, adresa, bankovni račun) Takođe sam završio prihvatajući činjenicu da nikada neću videti pobednički novac, posebno kada govorimo o 120 000 € što je ogroman novac. I pretpostavljam da čak i ako MGA preduzme neke mere protiv betsamigo.com, mislim da to neće pomoći mojoj situaciji. Nemojte misliti da će mi čak ni MGA ikada platiti toliki novac. Betsamigo.com je potpuno neodgovoran i potpuna prevara. Ne mogu da verujem da MGA dozvoljava da veb lokacija i dalje funkcioniše.

Saw an advertisment online about the website. At first look I read few reviews/vomments about the website and it felt pretty trustful. Also the fact that it works under MGA made me confident that the website is legit.
I made a deposit last week and ended up winning eventually all in all 120 000€ (first the winning was 50k—>90k—>120k) Made several big winnings almost in consecutive days (made only one deposit and kept playing with the winning money) I tried to withdrawal the 1000e which is the daily limit. I also provided all the documents they asked and then the withdrawal was declined. They asked more documents (Passport+selfie) After that I haven’t heard of them. I have contacted them several times via live chat and email and I get really bizzarre answers or then I get no legit answer. Especially with email the answering takes a lot of time and the customer service is rude/unprofessional. I get no legit or clear answers to my questions neither I get any real help and support from them. I have also raised the fact via live chat and email that I feel really anxious and shady about the way they handle things: didn’t get any response to that. They literally just ghosted my comment. All in all the way they handle things are very rude and calculated. They will do anything that they don’t need to pay any money to the customer.
To me it all felt really shady and I ended up Googling these things even more. Ended up eventually finding several reviews where previous customer complain they never got their money and had similar issues as I do now. I already sent a formal complain to MGA and I’m waiting for an answer. I feel scammed and also very anxious about the fact that they have really private information about me (passport, address, bank account) I also ended accepting the fact that I’m never gonna see the winning money, especially when we are talking about 120 000€ which is a huge ammount of money. And I guess even if MGA takes some sort of actions against betsamigo.com, I don’t think it helps my situation. Don’t think even MGA will ever pay me that kind of money. Betsamigo.com is totally irresponsible and a total scam. Can’t believe MGA lets the website still roll.
I feel sorry for everyone who ended up in this scam. Haven’t heard even a one story that someone actually got their winnings especially bigger winnings. I’m also trying to figure out can I do a lawsuit here in Finland about the scamming.

Zdravo, pre svega hvala na brzom odgovoru. Situacija je da je verifikacija već obavljena i da sam dostavio više dokumenata i oni su odobreni. Kasnije kada sam pokušao da izvršim povlačenje nakon nekoliko dana, odbijeno je. Ponovo su tražili dokumenta, sada su tražili ID+selfi, koji sam im odmah dao. Posle toga nisam čuo za njih. Ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove, ili ako i odgovore, odgovori su čudni i netačni. Oni zapravo ne odgovaraju na stvari o kojima pitam.

Takođe želim da pitam, da li je moguće da zapravo ne vidim pobednički novac? Da li je moguće da je veb lokacija na kraju puna prevara, a oni odbijaju da plate ili jednostavno „nestanu" bez uplate novca? Bankomat me čak i nije briga za dobitak, ali brinem za svoju sigurnost. Veoma sam zabrinut da li je kompanija (kazino) samo velika prevara i da bi mogli da koriste informacije o klijentima za kriminalne aktivnosti.

Hi, first of all thank you for your fast reply. The situation is that the verification was already done and I provided multiple documents and they were approved. Later on when I tried to make the withdrawal after couple of days it was declined. They were asking again documents, now they asked ID+selfie, which I provided them immediately. After that I haven't heard of them. They do not reply to my emails, or if they do, the answers are weird and inaccurate. They don't actually answer to the things I'm asking about.
I also contacted them via live chat today (I have screenshots of the conversation), but it didn't help me at all. As for many have pointed out already, the website feels a complite scam and the customers have had the same issues. It cannot be a coincidence.
As far as I know, the betsamigo.com Casino is purposly holding on the withdrawals and making excuses (or not saying any excuses at all) for not paying the winnings.
I also feel like they are purposly and knowingly slowing down all of the processes (KYC, withdrawals, answering via email/live chat). I feel very anxious mainly because they have highly sensitive information about me and I'm afraid there might be problems 'cause of that. They have my ID, address, bank account etc. I feel very worried about my cyber safety.
I want to also ask, is it possible that I don't actually see the winning money? Is it possible that the website eventually is full on scam, and they refuse to pay or just "disappear" without paying the money? Atm I don't even care about the winnings but I do care my safety. I'm very worried if the company (casino) is just a big scam and they might use the customers' informations f.ex to criminal activities.

Ne mogu čak ni u potpunosti reći da li je sve što rade zapravo legalno. Postoji mnogo pritužbi na način na koji se bave svojim poslom.
Što se tiče podizanja, nisam dobio ni evro iz kazina. Svestan sam da može proći do 48 sati da prihvatim povlačenje. Povlačenje je već na čekanju 24 sata, a prva provera izvršena je pre nekoliko dana. KIC je završio danas koliko ja znam.
Sve u svemu, svi ovi procesi itd čine da se osećam veoma sumnjičavo i zlonamerno u vezi sa Betsamigo kazinom.
Proverio sam i njihov godišnji prihod koji je otprilike <1 000 000e, što je na kraju mali iznos prihoda za posao.

As I was trying to raise these issues and concerns, eventually the customer service just shut down the conversation. I didn’t have even time to answer to the last subject. I tried to add the screenshots of the conversation but there were too many of them so I wasn’t able to attach them here.
Funny thing that the customer service pointed out that they are working under the MGA ministration but eventually they are not fully following MGA rules. There is lot of "gray area" with Betsamigo casino. Can’t even fully say if everything they do is actually legal. There are lot of grievance in the way the handle their business.
As far what comes to the withdrawal, I haven’t had even a single euro from the casino. I am aware that it can take up to 48h to accept the withdrawal. The withdrawal has already been pending 24h, and the first verification has been made several days ago. The KYC finished today as far as I know.
All in all these all processes etc make me feel very suspicious and malicious about the Betsamigo casino.
I also checked their annual income which is roughly <1 000 000e, which is eventually a small ammount of income to the business.
I have a high suspicion that the Betsamigo casino has major financial issues and that for they are doing everything to delay every process possible (KYC, withdrawals etc) I haven’t seen any other casino acting so suspiciously and shady. Also the fact that they want documents after documents feels very weird to me, since they already have lot of documents. And as I said also to KYC is approved.

Hi! I did get few thousand euros and after that I felt that the withdrawals just got slower. The whole website feels like a scam. Eventually got so frustrated and played most of the "winning money", which eventually felt like it was just playmoney. The whole website and Betsamigo feel like a hoax/scam. U can deposit real money but the money that you roll is eventually just play money

I think I was able to withdrawal around 10 000€, atm there is <1€ in the casinoaccount. As I mentioned the withdrawals were made almost impossible and super slow. They are intentionally making these things difficult so they players would be more likely to play all the winnings. Also noticed while playing that the slots didn’t work properly. They almost felt like they were tampered. You could see it in some games that you were supposed to win by the winning lines but you didn’t.
