Na osnovu snimaka ekrana koje ste podelili sa nama u svom prvom postu, obavešteni ste o 60-dnevnom periodu obrade i prihvatili ste ga.
Ako procesom upravlja pružalac usluga treće strane, mislim da neće obavestiti kazino o svakom koraku koji naprave. Takođe, mislim da je to za sada potpuno nebitno, pogotovo ako još nije prošao dati period. Pored toga, kazino vas je uverio da je proces oporavka u toku, a čim se završi, obavestiće nas o ažuriranju.
Zbog toga, pošto je predmetni depozit napravljen 24. decembra i proces oporavka je počeo, produžiću tajmer za otprilike mesec dana pa nadalje, i sačekaćemo ažuriranje kazina.
Da budem iskren, rekao bih da je sjajno što je kazino u mogućnosti i voljan da vam pomogne da vratite svoje depozite, čak i ako postoji naknada.
