Sada postaje čudno 🙁
Nakon što je sve bilo jasno, mislio sam da stvari idu napred. Ali ukupno je isplaćeno samo 4000 evra i tada sam dobio poruku da isplata preko jeton momenta nije moguća zbog radova na održavanju i da se prijavim na betsofa i izaberem kripto metod.
Tada sam iһ obavestio da ne mogu da se prijavim kao nemački igrač i da treba da plate preko banke iban, jer su to već radili za mene u prošlosti. Sada sam dobio mejl da odjednom jeton I bankovne isplate odjednom nisu moguće. I sada biһ se trebao prijaviti tamo uz pomoć VPN usluge i odabrati kripto.
Ali nemam ništa slično za kripto i ne radim ni dodatni VPN.
Obavestio sam betsofa da radovi na održavanju ne mogu da traju toliko dugo i da bi trebalo da iһ plate normalno na jetons (ili iban)
Sada čekam reakciju od betsofa.
Ne može više sve da bude tačno, polako mi sve ide na živce iako je sve odobreno. Čekam već 12 nedelja.

Now it's getting weird 🙁
After everything was clear, I thought things are moving forward. But only 4000 euros were paid out in total and then I received a message that a payout via jeton moment is not possible due to maintenance work and I should log into betsofa and select the crypto method.
I then informed them that I cannot log in as a German player and that they should please pay out via bank iban, as they have already done this for me in the past. Now I received an email that suddenly jeton AND bank payouts are suddenly not possible. And I should now log in there with the help of VPN Service and select crypto.
But I don't have anything like that for crypto and I don't do extra VPN either.
I informed betsofa that maintenance work cannot take that long and that they should please pay it out normally on jetons (or iban)
Now I'm waiting for a reaction from betsofa.
It can't all be true anymore, the whole thing is slowly getting on my nerves even though everything has been approved. I've been waiting for 12 weeks now.

Hallo zusammen,
Jetzt wird es leider komisch 🙁
Nachdem alles klar war, dachte ich es geht nun voran. Aber es wurden nun insgesamt nur 4000 Euro ausgezahlt und dann erhielt ich eine Nachricht, dass eine Auszahlung über jeton moment aufgrund von Wartungsarbeiten nicht möglich ist und ich solle mich bei betsofa einloggen und die crypto Methode auswählen.
Darauf hin teilte ich denen mit das ich mich nicht einloggen kann als deutscher Spieler und die sollen bitte über bank iban auszahlen, da sie dieses auch schon bei mir gemacht haben in der Vergangenheit. Nun erhielt ich eine Mail das jetzt plötzlich jeton UND bank Auszahlungen aufeinmal nicht möglich ist. Und ich soll jetzt mit Hilfe von VPN Service dort anmelden und crypto auswählen.
Aber so etwas habe ich nicht für crypto und extra VPN mache ich auch nicht.
Ich teilte betsofa mit das Wartungsarbeiten nicht so lange gehen können und die das bitte normal auf jeton auszahlen sollen ( oder iban)
Nun warte ich auf eine Reaktion von betsofa.
Das kann doch alles nicht mehr wahr sein, so langsam nervt mich das ganze obwohl alles genehmigt wurde. Ich warte nun über 12 Wochen.
