Zdravo, želeo sam da zatvorim nalog, ali su mi ponudili mesec dana pauze. Želim da se odjavim sa betsomnije i svih kazina partnera. Ne verujem da će mi jednog dana platiti. Čak i novac na saldu je samo broj.
Osvojio sam 11K pobeda i povukao, ali su to odbili jer je dnevni limit 5000.
Povukao sam 5000 i čekao više od 2 dana da potvrdim i zamolio svog vip menadžera da ih zamrzne kako ne bih izgubio jer se to dešava svaki put kada povučem sa njima. I nikad mi ne plati. Zadržao me da čekam zahtev i doveo do toga da ih sve izgubim. Uspeo sam da ih vratim i poslao sam ga više od 2 puta da mi pomogne da ih zamrznem jer mi je obećao da će zamrznuti moj nalog i pomoći mi kada pobedim. Ali i stalno odbijao moj zahtev i terao me da čekam danima. Izgubio sam nadu da će mi platiti ili potvrditi moje transakcije jer nikada nisu. I zaista sam izgubio svu ravnotežu i oni ne daju nikakve opcije za samoisključivanje ili bilo šta što omogućava igračima da iskoriste svoje opklade.
Kontaktiram sa Markusom u ovom slučaju, ali izgleda da se ništa neće dogoditi i tražio sam da se odjavim sa Betsomnije i svih njenih partnera jer imam osobine zavisnosti i oni nikada ne pomažu u ovome. Ali sve što su ponudili je period hlađenja i povratak sa više sreće itd…
trenutno želim da kazino preuzme odgovornost za odbijanje mog povlačenja 3 puta i nije potvrdio čak ni moje prvo zbog ograničenja.
I odlagao sam novac mnogo puta. I izgubio sam svoja povlačenja 17. i 18. aprila. I danas i juče takođe. 4. i 5. maja

Prvi problem sa kazinom i nuliranjem mog bilansa bez razloga i doveo je do stresa i mentalnog sloma.
Nikada nisam imao dobru uslugu od kazina od mog prvog dana tamo.
