Kažete da ako moja uplata nije prošla moram da kontaktiram svog dobavljača plaćanja??
Mogu da razumem da sam koristio vizu, bankovni transfer, Neteller, Skrill i da nije prošlo, morao sam da ih kontaktiram i tražim od njih da pokažu neku vrstu dokaza o uplati.
Ali koristio sam Litecoin koji je kriptovaluta. Sve transakcije su javne, tako da svako u svetu može da potraži moju adresu novčanika i vidi transakciju u kazinu.
Poslao sam snimke ekrana toga u kazino i takođe direktnu liniju za blok šifru koja pokazuje moju i adresu novčanika kazina, takođe uključuje heš kod koji pokazuje kompletnu transakciju.
U osnovi je isto kao da sam ti dao gotovinu, a ti si ih stavio u džep i posle rekao da mi nikad nisi platio.
Ako bih kontaktirao kompaniju koja stoji iza mog kripto novčanika, dali bi mi isto objašnjenje.
Jedna od mojih poenta u vezi sa pritužbom je takođe bila da obavestim ljude da kazino ima više problema ne samo sa plaćanjem, tako da bi dvaput razmislili pre nego što koriste kazino.
Koristio sam druge kazina istog vlasnika i nikada nisam imao problema.

I can understand if I had used a visa, bank transfer, Neteller, Skrill and it had not gone through I had to contact them and get them to show some kind of proof of the payment.
But I used Litecoin that is a crypto currency. All transactions are public, so anyone in the world could look up my wallet adresse and see the transaction to the Casino.
I have send screenshots of that to the casino and also direct line to block cypher that show mine and the casino wallet adress, also included a hash code that shows a complete transaction.
It basically is the same as if I gave you cash, and you put them in your pocket and afterwards said you never paid me.
If I contacted the company behind my crypto wallet they would give me the same explanation.
One of my points with the complaint was also to make people aware of the casino has multiple issues not only with payment, so they would think twice before using the casino.
I have used other casinos from same owner as this and never had any issues .
But this casino feels like it is still in beta version
