I went over the details of the case, however, I might not see how we can assist you or ask the casino for any kind of resolution at this point, regardless of whether you initiated the withdrawal based on your email address, or phone number.
Since the payment provider of the casino sent the funds to Gigadat referencing your phone number there is nothing they can do in this matter.
I understand this is not the outcome you hoped for, nevertheless we don't see any action we can take further to assist you.
We believe you should contact and try to resolve the issue with either Gigadat, the bank your funds were sent to, the bank account owner, or the police if you believe your funds were stolen.
