Pisano danas, odjednom su hteli selfi od mene sa ličnom kartom, poslao sam i onda otrežnjujući mejl, sve je odbijeno jer nisam implementirao ono što sam postavio 3 puta, što je za jednog od mene potpuna glupost. od preko 700 evra uvek u manjim iznosima ... sve u svemu nešto preko 700 .. gde sam ostvario samo 200 profita. Voleo bih bar da imam svoj novac na koji je uložen...da mi zadrže profit, to je čista prevara!!! Molim vas pomozite, ja sam samohrani roditelj i treba mi novac! Hvala LG Nicole

Heute wieder hin geschrieben, auf einmal wollten sie ein selfie von mir mit Ausweis, habe ich geschickt und dann die ernüchternde Mail, alles wurde abgelehnt, weil ich es 3x was ich gesetzt habe nicht umgesetzt habe, was komplett der Schwachsinn ist bei einem von mir Gesetzen Betrag von über 700 Euro immer in kleineren beträgen ... insgesamt halt über 700..wo ich nur 200 Gewinn gemacht habe. Ich möchte wenigstens mein Geld habe was gesetzt wurde... die sollen sich von mir aus den Gewinn behalten, das ist reiner Betrug!!! Bitte um Hilfe, ich bin alleinerziehende und brauche das Geld! „Svaki depozit mora biti opkladen 3 puta (igrač mora da stavi opklade tri puta od iznosa svog depozita) pre nego što je dostupno povlačenje sredstava vezanih za ovaj depozit. U slučaju da je nekoliko depozita napravljeno bez aktivnosti na sreću, igrač mora da uloži ukupan iznos iznos ovih depozita pre povlačenja. U suprotnom, Kazino ima pravo da naplati naknadu za proces depozita i povlačenja, što je isključivo odluka Kazina."
To znači da ako ste deponovali 700€, morate da položite opklade na vrednost od 2,100€. Možete li potvrditi da ste to uradili pre nego što ste pokušali da podignete svoj dobitak?

"Any deposit has to be wagered 3 times (player must place bets three times of their deposit amount) before the withdrawal of funds connected to this deposit is available. In case several deposits were made with no gaming activity, player has to wager the total amount of these deposits prior to withdrawal. Otherwise the Casino has a right to charge a fee for the procession of deposit and withdrawal, which is at the sole decision of the Casino."
This means that if you deposited €700, you must place bets at the value of €2,100. Could you please confirm that you have done that before you tried to withdraw your winnings?
