En alguna de las imágenes que les adjunto se puede observar, como incluso gane una competencia de "Vip Vacation" que hasta la fecha se me ofreció un destino pero jamás se concreto tampoco. Donde para ganar aposte 1.500.000 (usd) hasta un poquito mas.
Historia larga o historia corta, realice muchísimos depósitos en el casino, y también muchos retiros que como era Vip prometían que se procesaban con velocidad en el día o a los siguientes, salvo eventos como fin de semanas o festividades. Los cuales hasta ese momento se procesaron de alguna manera bastante rapidos, aunque a veces demora pero nada alarmente.
Finalmente, logre ganar un buen premio, que también lo tengo en fotos que incluso se me menciona en mails donde explican "tu también puedes ganar premios como mi nombre de usuario" pero luego de solicitar retiros desde el viernes 21/04/2023 empezaron los problemas. Me abonaron $4000 de los $42000 que solicite desde el viernes a la fecha (y esos $4000 eran del 15/04 que se había trabado un retiro y lo tuve que cancelar y volver a solicitar).
El support del chat me solicita que hable con mi supervisor Vip Matt, que siempre estuvo predispuesto para ofrecerme bonos y procesar retiros con anterioridad, pero hoy día ha dejado de responderme. Solo me manda mails cada tanto diciendo que esta empujando a la parte financiera para que procesen mis retiros y que ayer se me iban a acreditar algunos de ellos pero no sucedió (ni uno). Ahora lo que me indica es que por T & C (terminos y condiciones) se procesan 1 por semana de $5000, lo cual lejos de ser nuestro arreglo por ser miembro vip sino jamás me hubiera encargado de depositar tanto sabiendo que iba a tener que esperar meses para poder retirar en caso de ganar un premio grande.
Para resumir, tengo 8 retiros, 6 de $5000 (usd) cada uno y 2 de $4000 (usd) cada uno por un total de $38.000 usd. 2 de ellos solicitados el 21-04-23 ; resto entre 24 y 25 (estos últimos se que mucho tiempo no paso) pero llama la atención como solían responderme todos los mensajes, y procesarme algún retiro por día mínimo o hasta 2 y desde el viernes solo me han procesador 1 retiro de 9. El anterior a este retiro que me llego el lunes de $4000 fue hace 6 días atrás.
Al tener el KYC verificado, el problema en cuestión es que ni siquiera obtengo una respuesta de porque no me están procesando los retiros, siendo miembro VIP y con tanto apostado/depositado, no me gusta estar presentando esta queja pero la verdad que me genera una situación de incomodidad hasta en mi vida privada no poder resolver esto, mas que nada porque no fue puras ganancias sino recuperación de perdidas.

Lo positivo es que no me han bloqueado la cuenta ni nada similar, lo que me llama la atención es su falta de respuesta y predisposición a pagar, es mas hasta quería seguir jugando pero me han sacado las ganas porque en el caso de ganar aun mas me preocupa tener mas cantidad para retirar con lo difícil que me esta resultando cobrar este monto.

Ako u potpunosti pročitate moju žalbu, videćete da ukazujem da je moj KIC korektno sproveden pre nekoliko meseci, a u prilogu je još fotografija takve situacije.
Iako je kasinima potrebno vreme da obrađuju isplate, moji aranžmani sa njima su bili brza povlačenja, tako da sam toliko deponovao i toliko se kladio. Cada uno sabe, pero jamás le recomiendo depositar su dinero aquí. Sobre todo yo, tenia una exclusion por responsible gaming pero el Vip mananger me ofrecio levantarla sin ningun tipo de requisito externo simplemente enviando un correo diciendo "que no tengo mas un problema o que fue mentira" o similar.
