Izvinjavam se zbog eventualne zabune. Moj stalni mobilni telefon je izgubljen, i nažalost nisam imao druge opcije da nastavim da igram. Kao rezultat toga, morao sam da kupim novu SIM karticu i registrujem novi broj telefona i adresu e-pošte. Takođe sam koristio skraćeno ime, Sevu Parmar, za ovaj novi nalog.
Sve u vezi sa novim nalogom je potpuno drugačije od mog prethodnog naloga. Međutim, primetio sam da je moj nalog blokiran i nisam siguran zašto se to dogodilo.

I apologize for any confusion caused. My permanent mobile phone was lost, and unfortunately, I did not have any other options to continue playing. As a result, I had to purchase a new SIM card and register a new phone number and email address. I also used a shortened name, Sevu Parmar, for this new account.
Everything related to the new account is entirely different from my previous account. However, I noticed that my account has been blocked, and I’m unsure why this has happened.
I have not yet completed the full KYC verification on my previous account or this new account. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I hope we can work together to sort this out as soon as possible.
