Nemam dozvolu kazina da podelim dokument sa vama. Zbog toga će vam biti nemoguće poslati dokument. Pored toga, proces je isti kao i ranije, a više puta je objašnjen gore. Prvo, morate da dostavite kazinu pravi i originalni PDF bankovni izvod sa kompletnom istorijom transakcija, sa dotičnog načina plaćanja, koji se koristi za ručno povlačenje. Kazino je dao potvrdu transakcije o uspešnoj uplati na vaš način plaćanja. S druge strane, dali ste samo snimak izvoda iz banke, gde nije moguće saznati kada je izdat, a nije ni u traženom obliku (PDF). To bi u suštini mogao biti snimak ekrana starijeg bankovnog izvoda, gde predmetna transakcija još nije bila vidljiva. Dokument iz kazina sadrži još nekoliko detalja u poređenju sa detaljima koje su već podelili ranije, međutim, govorimo o detaljima koji nisu bitni za banku ili vas, kao što su adresa ili država pošiljaoca.
Na osnovu svih do sada prikupljenih informacija i detalja, sve ukazuje na to da je drugo ručno podizanje uspešno obrađeno i da nije vraćeno provajderu kazina. Stoga, sada nam je potreban relevantan dokaz od vas koji potvrđuje da uplata nije stigla na vaš bankovni račun. Međutim, još uvek niste dali dovoljno dokaza za to.

The casino provided a transaction confirmation of a successful payment made to your payment method. On the other hand, you provided only a screenshot of a bank statement, where is not possible to find out when it was issued, and it is not in the requested form (PDF). It could be basically a screenshot of an older bank statement, where the transaction in question was not visible yet. The document from the casino contains a few more details compared to the details they already shared earlier, however, we are talking about the details irrelevant to the bank or you, such as the sender's address or country.
Based on all the gathered information and details so far, everything indicates that the second manual withdrawal was processed successfully, and was not returned back to the casino's payment provider. Therefore, now we need the relevant evidence from you confirming the payment did not reach your bank account. However, you have not provided sufficient evidence of it yet.
So, considering the fact I already warned you about the consequences in my previous post, please note this is the last chance and call for you to provide the requested - if you fail to cooperate and provide sufficient evidence confirming you have not received the payment, the complaint will be closed/rejected.
