Hello, I would like to make a complaint about the absolutely dubious Bondibet. I have never seen such a back door in my life. I earned with the 25 free spins (welcome bonuses) all night long, a total of over 19,500 cash. That means I have beaten well over twice as an insert. Nevertheless, I was able to buy 10 free spins worth 200 euros from Book of .... and the whole thing again, around 15-20 times the money already wasted. Had exactly 19,500 cash on it in the morning. (I enclose the screenshot). I played on 5 euro - 30 euro stake per spin. It happened suddenly in the morning. Und als ich nochmals zurück in den Chat ging und die Dame ( Abby ) drauf zur Rede stellte, mit Screenshot den sie nicht einmal sehen wollte. Da sie, da eh nichts machen kann? Geht alles über das System..... Tja, bekam nur ne läppische Antwort ...... Zahlen sie halt was ein zum spielen. Ist mir die Galle hoch gekommen. Sagte zu ihr, dass abgesehen von der Abzocke die eh schon besteht , nicht mal das Spiel unterbrochen wurde oder mir auf irgendeine Art mit geteilt wurde das ich jetzt keine erspielte 16.500 EU mehr habe sondern 100 Euro überschrieben wurde. Die ich natürlich zum gleichen Dreh ( 5 euro ) bis 50 Eu auf die schnelle runter spielte bis ich in den Chat ging da wie gesagt nichts kam das jetzt das geld weg ist oder ich nur noch 100 habe. Sagte zu ihr , bitte bereden sie das mit ihren Chef/Boss so geht's ja auch net denn die 200 EU hätte ich wohl mehr als verdient erhalten müssen. Alles was dann kam hat mir die Sprache verschlagen.
