Nakon što sam napravio minimalni depozit za verifikaciju, nažalost tokom vikenda, primio sam svoj BtC dobitak dva dana kasnije u utorak, 3.5.2023. Morao sam da pošaljem e-poštu bankarstvu i plaćanjima, nikada nisam dobio e-poruku sa potvrdom ili čestitke na e-poruci o dobicima, ali sam dobio obaveštenje iz svog BTC novčanika i sredstva su bila tu! Platiće, ali imaju pacijente.
NIJE NAJBOLjE ISKUSTVO DO SADA!
Imajte na umu: ja sam strastveni igrač mnogih onlajn kazina, novih i uspostavljenih. Ja sam lojalan ulagač visoko ocenjenih kazina, i nažalost, naučio sam na teži način koje kazina da izbegavam. Bonus za registraciju i bez depozita: Kreiranje naloga je standardan i prilično lak proces. Potrebni su lični i tačni pravni podaci (ime, adresa, rodbina, itd.). Tražio sam $100 bonus bez depozita sa maksimalnim gotovinom od $100 sa renomirane veb stranice. U ovom trenutku nije bilo problema na koje bi se trebalo istaći, ali generalno, ovo je najlakša tačka od svih kazina. U T&C-u je navedeno da „jedan uspešan depozit" za povlačenje iz bonusa bez depozita, a ako je to „novi bonus za registraciju" bez depozita bez depozita, mora se izvršiti „verifikacioni depozit". MINIMALNI IZNOS POTREBAN ZA VERIFIKACIJSKI DEPOZIT NE PRATE OVE IZJAVE.

Proces verifikacije – Od trenutka kada sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje i primio odbijenu e-poštu BonusBlitz u kojoj se navodi da moram da pošaljem dokumente, do trenutka kada sam primio e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog KONAČNO verifikovan, trebalo je 6 dana (144 sata), znatno više njihova navedena 72 sata. Dobio sam e-poštu u kojoj se navodi da imaju pravo da produže ovo, što bi moglo da potraje „nekoliko radnih dana". Ovo NIJE bio lak proces kao većina visoko ocenjenih kazina. Iako su se traženi dokumenti sastojali samo od moje važeće lične karte i selfija, u periodu od 6 dana poslato je preko 9 e-poruka sa zahtevom za ažuriranje naloga. Za to vreme nije primljen nijedan mejl od BonusBlitza koji potvrđuje da su, u najmanju ruku, primili moja dokumenta. Poslao sam svoje dokumente u svakom imejlu njihovom timu za podršku i bankarskom timu. Sinoć sam im poslao poslednju dugačku e-poštu pre nego što bih se vratio na podnošenje spora. Tada i trenutno nisam bio srećan što sam više puta slao svoje lične podatke putem e-pošte i nisam dobio neki oblik potvrde da su primljeni. Moj identitet tada postaje ugrožen, ali izgleda da to nije problem ili briga za BonusBlitz. Od BonusBlitza nikada nije primljeno izvinjenje, čak ni nakon što sam poslao e-poštu u kojoj sam izrazio zabrinutost.
Obaveštenje o verifikaciji naloga – Tek posle moje poslednje i dugačke e-poruke za BonusBlitz sinoć, probudio sam se danas sa e-poštom iz Banke u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog verifikovan. Odlične vesti, zar ne? Pa, da do neke mere. Imejl me je TAKOĐE obavestio o depozitu za verifikaciju od 10 USD koji je bio obavezan pre povlačenja i koji je morao da se izvrši u roku od 3 dana od verifikacije mog naloga ili bi moj dobitak bio nevažeći. Ne osporavam ovaj standardni zahtev, jer sam bio svestan depozita za verifikaciju u T&C-u. Preterano sam frustriran činjenicom da sam u svakom opštem odgovoru na e-poštu, koji sam primio više od 6 dana, kada je primljen odgovor e-poštom, NI JEDNOM ovo pomenuto, niti je pomenut potreban minimalni iznos za depozit. BonusBlitz se pobrinuo da pomene proceduru povlačenja nedepozitnog bonusa i standardnog depozita, ali ovaj detalj nije naveo do poslednje sekunde.
Komunikacija – U skladu sa BonusBlitzom, igrači nemaju drugog načina da kontaktiraju podršku ili dobiju pomoć od BonusBlitza osim slanja e-pošte. Ako je nešto hitno, prepušteni ste na milost i nemilost BonusBlitza i možete se samo nadati da će vam odgovoriti. Ako odgovore, prekrižite prste da se ne radi o automatskom odgovoru, ponavljanju ili e-poruci koja sadrži irelevantne informacije koje zanemaruju razlog zašto vam je potrebna pomoć. NAPOMENA: U vreme objavljivanja ovog posta, nisam izvršio verifikacioni depozit. Čekam odgovor od BonusBlitza sa odgovorima na pitanja koja sam postavio u vezi sa informacijama koje su uskraćene dok nisu utvrdili da je potrebno da ih objave.

After making the minimum verification deposit, unfortunately on a weekend, I received my BtC winnings two days later on Tuesday, 5/3/2023. I had to send an email to banking and payments, never received a confirmation email or congratulations on your winnings email, but received a notification from my BTC wallet and funds were there! They will pay, but have patients.
NOT THE BEST EXPERIENCE THUS FAR!
Please note: I am an avid player of many online casinos, both new and established. I am a loyal depositor of highly rated casinos, and unfortunately, I learned the hard way of which casinos to avoid. I am always willing to give a casino the chance to prove its worth, but I am also not shy of alerting other potential players of casinos to avoid it as a result of my experience. (I have a copy of the last email I sent BonusBlitz that outlines my entire ordeal that I am more than willing to share if requested). I hope this review/post is helpful to those contemplating whether or not to support BonusBlitz and open an account. HERE WE GO:
Signup and No-Deposit Bonus: Creating an account is a standard and rather easy process. Personal and correct legal information (name, address, d.o.b, etc.) is required. I claimed a $100 no-deposit bonus with max cash out of $100 from a reputable website. At this point, there were no problems to point out, but generally, this is the easiest point of all casinos. It is stated in the T&C that a "single successful deposit" to withdraw from a no-deposit bonus, and if it's a "New Signup Bonus" no-deposit free chip a "verification deposit" must be made. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT NEEDED FOR THE VERIFICATION DEPOSIT DOES NOT ACCOMPANY THESE STATEMENTS.
THE BELOW INFORMATION IS WHERE MY OPINION BEGAN AND RATING STARTED FOR BONUSBLITZ.
Verification Process- From the second I submitted a withdrawal request and received a BonusBlitz email rejection stating I needed to send in documents, to the moment I received the email stating my account was FINALLY verified, it took 6 days (144 hours), well over their stated 72 hours. I received an email stating they have a right to extend this, which could take "several business days". This was NOT an easy process like most highly rated casinos. Although the documents requested consisted solely of my valid identification card and selfie, over 9 emails were sent during the 6-day time frame requesting an account update. Not one email was received during this time from BonusBlitz confirming they had, at a minimum, received my documents. I sent my documents in every email to their support team and banking team. Last night, I sent them one last lengthy email before I would revert to filing a dispute. I was then and currently not happy about sending my personal information via email on more than one occasion and not receiving some form of acknowledgment it was received. My identity then becomes at risk, but this does not seem to be an issue or concern for BonusBlitz. No apology was ever received from BonusBlitz, even after I sent an email stating my concerns.
Account Verification Notification- It wasn't until after my last and lengthy email to BonusBlitz last night that I awoke today to an email from Banking stating my account has been verified. Great news right? Well, yes to some extent. The email ALSO informed me of a $10 verification deposit that was mandatory before making a withdrawal that had to be made within 3 days of my account being verified or my winnings would be void. I'm not in dispute of this standard requirement, because I was aware of a verification deposit in the T&C. I am overly frustrated at the fact that in every generic email response, I received over 6 days, when an email reply was received, NOT ONCE was this mentioned, nor was the required minimum amount to deposit mentioned. BonusBlitz made sure to mention the procedure of withdrawal from non-deposit bonus and standard deposit but failed to mention this detail until the very last second.
Communication- At the convenience of BonusBlitz, players have no method of contacting support or gaining assistance from BonusBlitz other than sending an email. If it is something urgent, you are at the mercy of BonusBlitz and can only hope they reply. If they do reply, cross your fingers that it is not an auto-reply, repetitive, or email containing irrelevant information that disregards your reason for needing assistance. LIVE CHAT support is NOT AVAILABLE, nor do they have a phone number to contact.
NOTE: At the time of this post, I have not made the verification deposit. I am waiting on a reply from BonusBlitz with answers to questions I posed regarding information that was withheld until they found it necessary to release.
