Desio se jedan od njihovih (mnogih) tehničkih problema i spin od 271$ nije objavljen na mom računu.
Odmah sam kontaktirao korisničku podršku.
Prvi agent je upravo zatvorio naš razgovor. Pravi kreten.
Drugi je bio od pomoći, ali je morao da poveća kartu.
Obavestila me je da sam u pravu i da je zvuk iz nekog razloga zamrznut, a tehnika je to morala da reši i da će biti u kontaktu za 24-48 sati.
Pitao sam da li mogu da nastavim da igram dok se ovaj problem reši.

Pa sam nastavio da igram. Tokom vremena čekanja koristio sam druge bonuse i napravio više depozita.
Kada su mi se konačno javili rekli su da nisam imao sreće pošto sam izgubio bonus.
Pitao sam da li će oni ponovo uvesti igru u istom iznosu ili jednakim ili manjim pravnim lekom. I da ne mislim da treba da budem 100% odgovoran za nešto za šta su oni bili 100% odgovorni.
Rekli su ne. Ne bi mi ništa dali. Čak ni 1 besplatno okretanje. Ništa.
Neće više imati moj posao i ljudi treba da znaju koliko su usrani, koliko im je sajt bezveze, kako im nije stalo do svojih kupaca i kako ih treba bojkotovati.

I contacted customer service right away.
The first agent just closed our conversation. A real jerk.
The second was helpful but had to upscale the ticket.
She informed me I was correct and the sound is frozen for some reason and tech had to resolve it and would be in touch in 24-48 hours.
I asked if I could continue playing while this matter was resolved.
The agent said yes
SoI kept playing. During the wait time I used other bonus’ and made more deposits.
When they finally got back to me they said since I forfeited the bonus I was shit out of luck.
I asked if they would re instate with a play through of the same amount or an equal or lesser remedy. And that I don’t think I should be held 100% responsible for something they were 100% responsible for.
They said no. The wouldn’t give me anything. Not even 1 free spin. Nothing.
They will no longer have my business and people should know how shitty they are, how much their website sucks, how they don’t care about their customers and how they should be boycotted.
