Verujte mi, voleli bismo da se svaka žalba reši, međutim, to nije uvek moguće. Nažalost, nije ništa neobično da čak i dobra kazina ponekad počnu da se „čudno ponašaju" i vremenom će njihov rejting pasti na grupu „veoma loših kazina". Iako se trudimo da naša baza podataka bude što tačnija, nažalost nismo u mogućnosti da tako često proveravamo svih 4500+ kazina u našoj bazi podataka.
U potpunosti razumem vašu frustraciju, ali kao što sam ranije pomenuo smanjenje rejtinga izazvano nerešenim žalbama moglo bi pomoći da se promeni pristup kazina. Ako kazino odluči da reaguje, ponovo ćemo otvoriti žalbu i bićete obavešteni putem e-pošte.
Mogu samo da vam preporučim da birate kazina prema njihovim recenzijama i ocenama u budućnosti kako biste izbegli ovakve situacije. Žao mi je što ovom prilikom nismo mogli biti od veće pomoći. Ne ustručavajte se da nas kontaktirate ako u budućnosti naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom i mi ćemo se potruditi da rešimo problem.

Believe me, we would like to see every complaint to be resolved, however, it is not always possible. It is sadly nothing unusual that even good casinos sometimes start to "act weirdly" and through time their rating will fall to a "very bad casino" group. Although we do our best to keep our database as accurate as it gets, it is unfortunately not in our capability to check all 4500+ casinos in our database so often.
I fully understand your frustration, but as I mentioned previously the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email.
I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
