Nažalost, naš sistem je pokvario funkcionisanje i igrač iz nekog razloga nije zatvoren, već je nastavio da uplaćuje depozite i igra u našem kazinu. Čim smo primetili da nešto nije u redu, račun je odmah zatvoren. Naš tim je 1. marta zatražio lične bankovne podatke igrača da ručno podigne sva potrošena sredstva, ali nismo bili zadovoljni podacima, jer nismo bili u mogućnosti da isplatimo sredstva Revolutu. Nakon toga, 5. marta, tražili smo da dostavimo podatke nemačke banke za prenos sredstava. 6. marta podaci su uspešno primljeni, a naš tim ih je proverio da ne bi došlo do grešaka prilikom prenosa veće količine novca.
