Željela bih se kratko žaliti i nadati se da mi neko može pomoći. Položio sam 50 € u Casinoin putem Paysafecarda i odigrao do 700 € koje sam jučer želio podići. Do nedavno je još uvijek postojala opcija plaćanja putem ecopayza. Sada je ova metoda nestala (opet). Pokazana mi je mogućnost korištenja kreditne kartice i neke vrste bankovnog transfera. Stoga sam u chatu kako bih saznao kako to funkcionira. Dama je rekla da se to može isplatiti samo putem kripto valute. Ali za što moram ponovo uplatiti polog. Minimalno 50 € bilo bi da nisam upoznat s kripto stvarima, proveli smo gotovo 2 sata u chatu i nismo došli do drugog rješenja osim isplate putem kripto valute. Mislim da je obraz biti tako lako zamašen. Nažalost, gubim se 🙁

I would like to briefly complain and hope that someone can help me. I deposited € 50 at Casinoin via Paysafecard and played up to € 700 that I wanted to withdraw yesterday. Until recently there was still the option to pay out via ecopayz. Now this method has disappeared (again). I was shown the possibility of using a credit card and some kind of bank transfer. So I'm in the chat to find out how it works. The lady said it can only be paid out via cryptocurrency. But for which I have to make a deposit again. A minimum of 50 € would be that I am not familiar with the crypto stuff, we spent almost 2 hours in the chat and did not come to any other solution than the payout via crypto currency. I think it's a cheek to be fobbed off so easily. Unfortunately I am at a loss 🙁

Angezeigt wurde mir noch die Möglichkeit via Kreditkarte und irgend einem Banktransfer. Bin also in den Chat um mich zu erkundigen wie das nun funktionier. Die Dame meinte es kann nur via Kryptowährung ausgezahlt werden. Worür ich allerdings wieder eine Einzahlung machen müssen. Minimal wären 50€ das ich mich mit dem Kryptokram nicht auskenne, haben wir fast 2 Stunden im Chat verbracht und sind zu keiner anderen Lösung gekommen als die Auszahlung über Kryptowährung. Ich finde es eine Frechheit so einfach abgespeist zu werden. Ich bin leider Ratlos 🙁

Nekoliko čimbenika, kao što je tijelo za izdavanje dozvola, geolokacija i ugovori s dobavljačima plaćanja, te bankarska ograničenja, imaju velik utjecaj. Ako je način plaćanja bio dostupan za depozite, to ne znači nužno da će biti ponuđen i za podizanje novca.
Ako vam je kazino savjetovao da koristite alternativni način plaćanja za povlačenje dobitaka, toplo bih preporučio da slijedite njihove upute. Several factors as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, and contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too.
If you’ve been advised by the casino to use an alternative payment method to withdraw your winnings, I would strongly recommend following their instructions. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers. Could you please advise which alternative payment method has been offered to you?

I have just logged into Casinoin to see which palette was still displayed on Saturday. Now I don't see any payment methods at all except credit card via crypto and a bank transfer. Both would probably not work. I briefly contacted the support again to find out about the possibilities. Here's the answer

Pa…. Danas sam se usudio kupiti bitkoine. Nakon malo petljanja, pretraživanja i straha da novčići koje sam kupio nikada neće stići, sve je zapravo prošlo prilično dobro. Bitcoin sam već položio u Casinoin.
Još u chatu, tim za podršku objasnio mi je da je moj zahtjev za plaćanje proslijeđen odjelu za financije i da bi moglo potrajati jer je vikend i ima redova
