Stoga sam primoran da zatvorim vašu žalbu kao „odbijenu".
Preporučujem vam da podnesete žalbu jednoj od veb stranica koje se bave žalbama u vezi sa sportskim klađenjem ili alternativnom rešavanju sporova (ADR) ako kazino navodi informacije o tome na svojoj veb stranici. Bojim se da njihov davalac licence i dalje ne prihvata žalbe od korisnika, međutim, ipak vredi pokušati.
