Dana 9. novembra 2023. godine, napravio sam depozit od 100 € u ovom kazinu i iskoristio bonus od 140% depozita koji mi je poslat e-poštom. Kada sam završio sa klađenjem, ostalo mi je 1599,90€ na računu.
Nakon uspešne verifikacije, izvršio sam povlačenje 14.11.2023.
Danas sam želeo da vidim da li ima nešto novo u vezi sa ovim i dočekalo me je obaveštenje da je moj nalog suspendovan. Takođe sam dobio obaveštenje poštom da sam zloupotrebio bonus i pretpostavljam da je zbog toga moj nalog ugašen. Pre svega, da vam kažem da nisam ničim zloupotrebio uslove bonusa, jer predugo igram slotove na internetu i znam na šta da pazim.
A drugo, nisu mi ni objasnili kako je trebalo da zloupotrebim uslove bonusa. Voleo bih da mi možete pomoći. Priložiću sve slike koje sam napravio tokom igranja (stanje na računu, završeno klađenje, bonus promocija koju sam dobio poštom, moj depozit,...).
