Hvala vam puno što ste podneli ovu žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem i razumem vašu zabrinutost.
U pravu ste – mnogi uslovi i odredbe su prekršeni. Obavezno je da se svaki kupac registruje na svoje ime i pruži svoje tačne lične podatke. Pored toga, svaki kupac mora da koristi načine plaćanja koji isključivo pripadaju njemu. Što se tiče depozita vašeg sina u kazinu, sa žaljenjem vas obaveštavam da povraćaj novca nije moguć jer je izgubio novac dok je igrao.
Obavestite me ako još nešto mogu da vam pomognem ili ako želite da odbijete ovu žalbu. Hvala unapred na odgovoru.

You are right - many of the Terms and Conditions have been breached. It is mandatory for each customer to register in their own name and provide their own accurate personal information. Additionally, each customer has to use payment methods that solely belong to them. Regarding your son's deposit at the casino, I am sorry to inform you that refunds are not possible as he lost the money while playing.
