- Nažalost, nemam tačan datum mog drugog zahteva za povlačenje pošto ne mogu da pristupim svom nalogu, ali sam primio prvu KIC poruku 10. oktobra 2024. Dakle, moje drugo povlačenje je verovatno zatraženo pre oko mesec dana, sa prvim povlačenjem početkom septembra.
- Prosledio sam e-poštu koju sam dobio od Chipstarsa na vašu adresu.
- Ne, ovo je bila druga verifikacija nakon mog početnog KIC procesa, koji je uspešno završen. Nisam siguran zašto su tražili dalju dokumentaciju, jer je njihov zahtev bio veoma obiman:
Kopija lične karte ili pasoša kod notara
Selfi sa ličnom kartom ili pasošem i korisničkim ID-om na parčetu papira pored mog lica
Dokaz o adresi (dokument ne stariji od dva meseca, kao što je državni dokument, izvod kreditne kartice, izvod iz banke ili račun za komunalne usluge)
Pored toga, tražili su jedno od sledećeg:
Poslednje 3 platne liste
Poslednja poreska prijava
Izvod iz banke štednje
Osim toga, tražili su odgovore na ova pitanja:
Opis posla i datum zaposlenja
Godišnja bruto i neto zarada
Potvrda korišćenja ličnih sredstava za depozit
Bilo koji drugi izvor prihoda
Smatram da su ovi zahtevi prilično neobični, jer nijedan drugi kazino nikada nije zahtevao takve informacije.
Podigao sam početnih 200 € bez ikakve provere, prvu verifikaciju sam završio uspešno i od tada nisam mogao ništa da podignem. Umesto toga, zahtevali su ovu dodatnu verifikaciju.

- Unfortunately, I don’t have the exact date of my second withdrawal request as I can’t access my account, but I received the first KYC message on October 10, 2024. So, my second withdrawal was likely requested about a month ago, with the first withdrawal around early September.
- I have forwarded the email I received from Chipstars to your address.
- No, this was a second verification after my initial KYC process, which was successfully completed. I’m not sure why they asked for further documents, as their request was very extensive:
Copy of a notarized ID or Passport
Selfie with ID or Passport and User ID on a piece of paper next to my face
Proof of address (document not older than two months, such as a government document, credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill)
Additionally, they asked for one of the following:
Last 3 payslips
Last tax return
Savings account bank statement
Plus, they required answers to these questions:
Job description and employment date
Annual gross and net salary
Confirmation of using personal funds to deposit
Any other sources of income
I find these requirements quite unusual, as no other casino has ever demanded such information.
I withdrew the initial €200 without any verification, completed the first verification successfully, and since then, have been unable to withdraw anything. Instead, they required this additional verification.
