Već dugo igram u Cobber-u, redovno uplaćujem
i do danas nisam imao problema. Ove nedelje, kao i obično, uplatio sam više puta, ali nisam uspeo ništa da osvojim... nije mi smetalo jer sam u subotu primio povrat novca, ili sam bar tako mislio.
Danas sam primio e-poruku u kojoj je pisalo "Sa žaljenjem vas obaveštavamo da nam više nije dozvoljeno da primamo igrače sa Kipra, zato je vaš nalog zatvoren"
Uopšte nema upozorenja i 24 sata pre mog povraćaja novca!
Kontaktirao sam podršku i odgovor je bio vrlo jednostavan... "Nažalost, ne možete više da igrate u našem kazinu"... to je to, kazino dobija, ja gubim!
I have been playing at Cobber for a long time, deposit regularly
and up until today i have had no problems. This week as usual i have deposited multiple times but havent managed to win anything... i didnt mind too much as saturday i receive my cashback, or so i thought.
Today I received an email saying "We regret to inform you that we are not allowed to accept players from Cyprus anymore, that is why your account was closed"
No warning at all and 24hrs before my cashback is due!
I contacted support and the answer was very simple... "Unfortuntely, you can't play in our casino anymore"... thats it, casino wins, i lose!
