Nakon što uzmemo u obzir svaku činjenicu, bićemo primorani da žalbu odbijemo iz sledećeg razloga:
Nemoguće je dokazati da adresa ne pripada vama, kao što je nemoguće dokazati da bi neko mogao da ima pristup vašem nalogu i jednostavno povuče stanje u svoj novčanik. Kazino ne menja samo adresu novčanika bez razloga.
Preporučio bih da kontaktirate autoritete za licenciranje kazina jer oni možda imaju pristup datumu koji mi nemamo.

After taking into consideration every fact, we will be unfortunately forced to reject the complaint for the following reason:
It is impossible to prove that the address does not belong to you just like it is impossible to prove that somebody could have access to your account and simply withdraw the balance to their own wallet. The casino doesn't just change the wallet address for no reason.
I would recommend to contact the casino's licensing authorities as they might have access to date we do not.
