Imam problem sa kompanijom Cripobetsports, koja me optužuje za nešto čudno (teško je razumeti na šta misle). Već dugi niz godina igram u kockarskim kompanijama, ali prvi put u životu sam se susreo sa nečim tako idiotskim.
Već dugo imam nalog na criptobetsports-u i napravio sam mnogo depozita i povlačenja, nedavno su me tražili KIC.
na sajtu Criptobets moguće je uraditi KIC preko eksternog dobavljača SUMSUB, nažalost SUMSUB uvek automatski odbija verifikaciju mojih ličnih podataka (nemam pojma zašto se to dešava, ali gledajući mišljenja na trustpilot-u nisam izuzetak, postoje mnogo takvih slučajeva)
pa sam pokušao da izvršim automatsku verifikaciju na veb lokaciji Criptobetsports koristeći SumSub, ali je kao i uvek automatski odbijena.
onda sam pisao podršci u vezi verifikacije, pisali su da im pošalju ličnu kartu + selfi sa dokumentom + selfi sa parčetom papira sa aktuelnim datumom i natpisom Criptobetsports i računom za komunalije, poslao sam sva dokumenta istog dana ( lična karta + vozačka dozvola, račun za struju i potreban selfi)
Posle nekoliko dana dobio sam poruku koja je jednostavno apsurdna i ne razumem šta zapravo znače.
