Zato sam odlučio da otkažem uplatu i ponovo se prijavim kasnije.
Zatim sam ponovo podneo zahtev 29. novembra 2022. za isplatu od 2253 evra.
nekoliko dana kasnije dobio sam poruku kada sam se prijavio na svoj kazino nalog:
vaša isplata je odbijena jer je otkrivena manipulacija bonusom.
Nisam vratio svoj depozit od 225 evra, kako to obično biva.
Pošto sam odigrao samo 1 igru sa svojim bonusom (što je bilo dozvoljeno prema uslovima bonusa) i nikada nisam promenio ulog ili igru, nisam izvršio nikakvu manipulaciju bonusom sa moje tačke gledišta. Zato podnosim ovu žalbu.
Kada sam se prvi put prijavio za isplatu, hteli su da me isplate sa - 8 procenata honorara i sada je odjednom trebalo da izvršim manipulaciju bonusom.
to nije moje prvo povlačenje i potpuno sam verifikovan.
sa 2. bonusom dobrodošlice DBETVEL250 75 procenata do 250 evra uplatio sam 300 evra 24. oktobra 2022. i isplata od 2250 evra je uspešno obavljena.
sa ovim bonusom igrao sam istu igru kao i sa 4. bonusom (gde sam iznenada optužen za manipulaciju bonusom)
a takođe i potpuno istu upotrebu koju nikada nisam menjao

So I decided to cancel the payment and apply again later.
I then applied again on November 29, 2022 for the payment of 2253 euros.
a few days later i got the message when i logged into my casino account:
your payout was declined because bonus manipulation was detected.
I didn't get my deposit of 225 euros back, as is usually the case.
Since I only played 1 game with my bonus (which was allowed according to the bonus conditions) and never changed the stake or the game, I did not commit any bonus manipulation from my point of view. That's why I'm submitting this complaint.
When I applied for the payout for the first time, they wanted to pay me out with - 8 percent fees and now all of a sudden I should have committed a bonus manipulation.

ich habe dann am 29.11.2022 erneut die auszahlung von 2253 euro beantragt.

ihr auszahlung wurde abgelehnt da eine bonusmanipulation festgestellt wurde.
die einzahlung von 225 euro habe ich nicht zurückerhalten wie normalerweise üblich.
da ich mit meinen bonus nur 1 spiel gespielt habe(was laut bonusbedingungen erlaubt war) und den einsatz sowie das spiel nie geändert habe, habe ich aus meiner sicht keine bonusmanipulation begangen.deswegen reiche ich diese beschwerde ein.
als ich das erste mal die auszahlung beantragt hatte wollte man mich noch auszahlen mit - 8 protzent gebühren und jetzt auf einmal soll ich eine bonusmanipulation begangen haben.
es ist nicht meine erste auszahlung und ich bin voll verifiziert.
mit dem 2ten willkommensbonus DBETWEL250 75 protzent bis zu 250 euro habe ich am 24.10.2022 300 euro eingezahlt und die auszahlung von 2250 euro wurde erfolgreich durchgeführt.

Podaci sugerišu da ste pronašli i iskoristili rupu u igri koja vam je pomogla da lako pretvorite bonus novac u pravi keš i tako izbegnete uslov klađenja. Sam sam testirao igru i znam kako sada radi. Pošto se isti problem dogodio u nekoliko kazina, možemo isključiti mogućnost da se to dogodilo slučajno. Namera da iskoristite prazninu u svoju korist je sasvim jasna i stoga nemate pravo na dobitke. S druge strane, da vam kazino nije dozvolio da igrate ovu igru zbog njene prirode i načina na koji funkcioniše, to se ne bi dogodilo. The casino provided evidence and explanation of what happened with the game "Gold Digger Mines" that you played in this and in several other casinos. The data suggest that you found and used a loophole in the game that helped you easily turn the bonus money into real cash and so avoid the wagering requirement. I tested the game myself and know how it works now. Since the same issue occurred in several casinos, we can rule out the possibility that this happened by accident. The intention to use the loophole in your favor is quite clear and therefore you are not eligible for the winnings. On the other hand, if the casino didn't let you play this game because of its nature and how it works, this wouldn't happen. That is why we find it fair to return the player's deposit as was already agreed with the casino. The complaint will be rejected. I wish I could be of more help.
