Kontaktirao sam Dachbet korisničku podršku. Rekli su da je moje povlačenje odbijeno jer sam navodno promenio svoje ponašanje u igri tokom klađenja bonusa. Ali to su gluposti, kladim se u različite iznose, nekad veće, nekad manje. To je normalno. Nikada nisam imao ovakvih problema sa drugim provajderima.
I contacted Dachbet customer service. They said my withdrawal was declined because I allegedly changed my gaming behavior during the bonus wagering. But that's nonsense, I bet different amounts, sometimes higher, sometimes lower. This is normal. I've never had problems like this with other providers.
Ich habe mich an den Kundenservice von Dachbet gewendet. Die haben gesagt meine Auszahlung wurde abgelehnt weil ich angeblich während der Bonusumsetzung mein Spielverhalten geändert hätte. Das ist aber Blödsinn, ich habe unterschiedliche Beträge gesetzt mal höhere, mal niedrigere. Das ist doch normal. Ich hatte bei anderen Anbietern nie solche Probleme.
