Tako da me je ovaj kazino prevario za 600 evra. Sve je počelo 9. septembra, podigao sam, ali novac nije stigao. bio je na čekanju jedan dan (obično se isplate za 2-3 sata). Pisao sam podršci, rekli su da su izvršili uplatu i da treba da krenemo. Iznos nije stigao na moju karticu za 3 sata, što je bilo čudno, jer su ti transferi obično trenutni. Rekli su mi da čekam 24 sata pa sam to uradio. Posle 24 sata rekli su mi da čekam 5 dana, pa sam i uradio. Nakon 9 dana, i dalje nemam novca na računu i odbijaju da eskaliraju situaciju, poslao sam oko 10 e-mailova, dva puta dajući izvod iz banke, da dokažem da nisam primio sredstva. Pre 3 dana su mi poslali RRN brojeve da dokažem da sam dobio novac, jedini problem je bio što su RRN brojevi bili 2 različita povlačenja od 16. septembra. Nisam siguran da li ne znaju da čitaju engleski ili samo pokušavaju da me prevare, ali od tada ne odgovaraju na moje imejlove i odbijaju da daju broj za praćenje transakcije, iako nisu imali problema da daju 2 drugi brojevi za praćenje. Imam snimke ekrana koji pokazuju koliko je njihova podrška nekompetentna, nisam siguran da li uopšte mogu pravilno da čitaju. Postoji li neko kome mogu dobiti pomoć? So I have been scammed by this casino for 600 euros. All started on the 9th of September, I made a withdrawal, but the money didn't come. it was on pending for a day (usually they pay out in 2-3 hours). I wrote to the support, they said that they completed the payment and should be on the way. The amount didn't get to my card in 3 hours, which was weird, because these transfers are usually instant. They told me to wait 24 hours so I did. After 24 hours they told me to wait 5 days, so I did. After 9 days, still no money on my account and they refuse to escalate the situation, I sent about 10 emails, providing my bank statement twice, to prove I did not receive the funds. 3 days ago, they sent me RRN numbers to prove, that I got the money, the only problem was, thath the RRN numbers were 2 different withdrawal from the 16th of September. I am not sure if they are unable to read English or just trying to scam me, but ever since, they are not replying to my emails and refusing to give out the tracking number for the transaction, even though they had no problem giving out 2 other tracking numbers. I have screenshots showing how incompetent their support is, I am not sure if they are even able to read properly. Is there anyone I can get help? I am frustrated, Gold level player on their site, deposited 1000s of euros and treat me like this. Very frustrating.
